Everyone knows that the Gal token is used for decentralized voting and determining the fate of the project.
Also, votes are taken into account in many companies and points are awarded for them, for which then community members receive rewards.
Today, the minimum required number of Gal tokens for voting is not set, and this is what sybils are using.
I propose to set the minimum threshold for Gal tokens required for voting on Snapshot:

This proposal will identify the true members of the community and minimize the participation of cybils in voting.
