I propose that for all projects that have not fulfilled their promises, introduce the concept of a zero rating until the situation is corrected, without a statute of limitations. We know of such campaigns where airdrop was promised to all holders of oats and where no one received anything as a result. I propose to compile a list of projects that have conducted such campaigns at the Galxe and assign a zero rating to all of them.
